Custom providers in onboarding and AI-generated pages
Set up a custom AI provider during onboarding, pages are now created by the AI, and a new diagnostics view verifies your provider connection.

Fixes
- Page mentions typed in chat render as clickable links; nested scrolling inside tool output no longer fights page scroll.
- The thinking indicator moved to the end of a turn, and tool output URLs are no longer mistaken for generated images.
Improvements
- Settings labels formerly called "Runtime" are now "Models" and "API Protocol" for clarity.
