The app's interface has been rebuilt on shadcn/ui and Tailwind for a more consistent look and feel, plus fixes for workspace skills and chat cards.

- The interface has been rebuilt on shadcn/ui and Tailwind — menus, sidebars, settings navigation, and markdown typography are all more consistent.
Fixes
- Workspace skills now read and write correctly when using a custom brain root.
- Detached chat cards no longer become associated with the wrong session.
- Fixed oversized markdown headings.
Improvements
- Refined project menu icons and the recent projects list; settings navigation now uses the same sidebar components as the rest of the app.
