Fixes
- Brain health repair now normalizes malformed section markers in brain pages and preserves page metadata (title, tags, status) instead of dropping it.
Improvements
- Chat, Brain, Task, and Settings surfaces refined to match the design language, including in-chat task proposal cards; empty chat screen polish.
