Customize surface, Inbox GA, and split language settings
A new Customize surface unifies Connectors, Skills, and the Artifacts Hub; Inbox is now generally available with GitHub PR acceptance. Interface and AI-reply languages are now separate settings.

Fixes
- Interface language and "My Language" (used for AI replies) are now properly split, and inbox triage follows your chat profile's language.
- Approval mode changes apply immediately instead of waiting for the next turn, and the WUD auto-signoff gate is preserved when switching modes live.
- Resuming a Codex session no longer produces duplicate tool results.
Improvements
- More consistent styling across sidebar list items and chat action rows, plus a polish pass on the composer and title bar.
