Fixes
- Fixed a race condition where a card request could get attached to the wrong chat message.
- Brain health checks no longer blank or crash the app on certain findings; stale compiled-truth findings are aggregated into a single report.
- The ask_user tool no longer fails on label-only option input.
Improvements
- Rebuilt the generate flyout on a standard popover component; skill descriptions in the composer are shorter, properly truncated, and localized.
