Artifact completion previews and first-class Bento decks

- Artifacts now show completion previews as work finishes, and decks get first-class Bento support —
.bento.htmlfiles and deck PDFs are recognized as decks. - Converting a file now leads with a convert-first flow, and the assistant no longer interrupts mid-task once a product choice is locked in.
Fixes
- Cloud sync resumes properly after logging back in, and you're now notified when a sync session expires instead of failing silently.
- Fixed the runtime picker dropdown, duplicate loading indicators, and incorrect totals for planned deck artifacts.
Improvements
- The artifacts list is more compact (one row per item) and only offers conversions that are feasible for a given file; export format choices are better organized.
