Deep Research reports no longer lost when sandbox blocks file writes
Fixed a Deep Research issue where a completed report could be lost if the sandbox blocked the final file write. MindMux now recovers and saves it.

- Fixed an issue where a Deep Research report could be lost when the sandbox denied permission to write the final report file. MindMux now recovers and saves the completed report instead of failing silently, with additional hardening to make recovery more reliable across edge cases.
