Cloud Workbench
The MindMux Cloud app is a browser workspace for shared Brain knowledge. It is organized from broad context to specific knowledge: Workspace, Project, then Page or root page.
Workspace home
The Workspace home brings together knowledge from the Projects you can access. Use it to orient yourself before opening a single Project. Depending on the selected view, you can browse as cards, a compact list, or a graph of linked knowledge.
Filters keep the view focused on relevant Page states and Project context. Pinned items give frequently used knowledge a stable place in the Workspace view.
Project home
A Project home scopes the same browsing tools to one Cloud Brain. It is the best place to review the Project's Pages, find connected topics, and move into its root pages.
Root pages are project-wide documents with fixed purposes. They may be absent in a new Project and appear only when someone creates the relevant project overview.
Reading and editing a Page
Each Page has a reading surface and an edit mode. The page properties identify its category, status, tags, and timestamps. Wiki links connect Pages; the page view can show inbound links, outbound links, and unresolved links.
When editing, make deliberate changes to the current conclusion. Record the evidence or decision that justifies a change in the timeline instead of using the current text as an undocumented scratchpad.
Edits use version checks. If another writer changed a Page first, reload the current version, reconcile the two changes, and save again rather than overwriting the newer work.
History and revisions
Cloud keeps version history for Pages and root pages. The history view combines timeline events with saved revisions so you can inspect who changed knowledge, when it changed, and what changed between versions.
Use history to understand a decision before reversing it. A version list is an audit and learning tool, not merely an undo menu.
Collaboration and settings
Workspace settings cover members, invitations, usage, billing, and Workspace-level controls. Owners and admins manage membership; Project visibility is managed through the product's Workspace management interfaces. Members can work in Projects that are visible to them.
The settings area also provides MCP setup instructions. That connection is account-authorized through OAuth, so never share a password or create an API key just to connect a compatible agent.
Agent and automations
Where enabled for the Workspace, the Cloud app provides an Agent conversation surface and scheduled Brain health checks. Read Cloud Agent and Automations before using them for project maintenance.
